Eukaryotic –Omics: Exploring and testing with next-generation sequencing

Symposium EukOmics 2014Symposium

24 – 25 April 2014

Science III, room 1S059

Next-generation sequencing techniques are shifting paradigms and broaden research avenues. The comprehensive study of the environmental biodiversity or the description of 700,000 year-old epigenomes necessitate a review of current techniques and mathematical formalisms. During this 2-days symposium, 8 international speakers and students will share their experience and thoughts on a changing research in a new sequencing era.
